By using this service, you agree to these terms. We've kept them short and clear.

The short version

• Be a human, not a bot farm
• Don't abuse the service or use it for illegal purposes
• Pay for what you use, cancel anytime
• We can terminate accounts that violate these terms

1. What this service does

This service enables voice communication between you and your local AI coding assistant. When your AI agent needs input, it can call your verified phone number. You speak your response, which is transcribed and sent back to your agent. The AI runs locally on your machine—we only handle the phone call.

2. Account requirements

To use this service, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Provide a valid email address
Verify a phone number you own or control
Maintain accurate account information

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to circumvent usage limits or billing
Share your API keys or allow unauthorized access
Use automated systems to abuse the service
Interfere with the service's operation
Reverse engineer or extract source code

4. Billing and payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Your subscription includes a set number of calls per month based on your tier. Unused calls do not roll over.

You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial months, but you retain access until your paid period ends.

5. Service availability

We strive for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, and third-party services (Twilio, phone networks) may experience outages. We're not liable for downtime or failed calls.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of any content you create. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your voice input and messages solely to provide the service. We don't use your content for training AI models or any purpose beyond delivering transcriptions to your agent.

7. Termination

You can delete your account anytime from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on severity.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our privacy policy.

8. Limitation of liability

This service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
